How It Works
Five steps from checkout to confirmation.
Submitting your order and sending your Zelle payment are two separate actions. Complete both so we can activate your layaway.
Choose your items
Sign in, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed through checkout. Select the layaway option when prompted.
Select Zelle & submit
Choose Zelle as the payment method and place your order. The order is created and placed On Hold while we wait for your transfer. No money is transferred when you submit the order.
Review confirmation
Stay on the confirmation page. Our Zelle details appear at the top, along with the exact amount to send and your PSF order number.
Send through Zelle
Open Zelle through your bank and send the exact amount shown to [email protected]. Confirm the recipient is Oxos Enterprises LLC.
We verify & activate
After we confirm the funds, we move the order to On Layaway. If it is paid in full, it moves to the next processing or fulfillment step.
Where Is My Layaway?

A new Zelle order does not appear under Layaways immediately. Here is where to find it during each part of the process.

Selecting Zelle and submitting the website order does not transfer the money. You must send it separately through Zelle.
Send the exact amount shown
Use the amount shown on the submitted order confirmation. Include your PSF order number in the Zelle memo.

Payments to us show as Oxos Enterprises LLC. That is us — it is the correct business name to see before sending.
Allow time for verification
Most payments are confirmed within an hour or two, but please allow up to 24 hours for us to review and update the order.

Where can I find my layaway immediately after checkout?
While your payment is awaiting verification, the purchase will appear under My Account → Orders with an On Hold status. It will not appear under Layaways yet. After we receive and confirm the funds, we move it to My Account → Layaways.
How will I know when my layaway is active?
After we verify the payment, the order will appear under My Account → Layaways. Our system will also send you a Layaway Instructions email. Seeing the purchase under Layaways and receiving that email confirms that the layaway is active.
Who should the Zelle payment go to?
Send the payment to [email protected]. The recipient will display as Oxos Enterprises LLC. That is the correct business account for Puget Sound Firearms.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Most payments are confirmed within an hour or two, but please allow up to 24 hours for us to review the transfer and update your order. If the order has not been updated after 24 hours, contact us.
Why does Zelle waive the 3% layaway fee?
Zelle sends the payment directly from your bank, allowing us to waive the standard 3% layaway fee. If you choose to pay by card instead, the standard layaway fee applies.
How do I get Zelle as a checkout option?
Zelle is available on request. Send us a request below using the email associated with your account. We will enable the option and follow up by email. Wait for that confirmation before starting your Zelle order.
