Puget Sound Firearms Return Policy

Review the return, refund, warranty, cancellation, and special-order terms that apply to purchases from Puget Sound Firearms.
Eligible non-firearm and non-ammunition returns require the original receipt.
A restocking fee may apply when an item is not returned in fully resalable condition.
Canceled in-stock orders are assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Return eligibility depends on the type of product, the timing of the request, the condition of the item and packaging, and the terms below.
Section 01
Firearms & Ammunition
All sales of firearms and ammunition are final. No exceptions.
Section 02
Manufacturer Warranty
After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you need assistance returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty work or repair, Puget Sound Firearms will be glad to assist you.
Section 03
Non-Firearm & Non-Ammunition Returns
The return period is fourteen (14) days, and the item or items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Products and packaging must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.
Section 04
Refunds & Shipping Costs
Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale.
In the event the product is defective, please refer to the manufacturer warranty.
Shipping costs to the customer will be deducted from the refund unless the product is defective or Puget Sound Firearms made a shipping error.
If Puget Sound Firearms made an error, we will cover shipping both ways.
Section 05
Condition & Restocking Fees
Products and packaging must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped.
You may be charged a 25% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition.
Any and all returns are handled at management’s discretion.

Order Cancellations
Canceled orders on in-stock products will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Special Orders
Special orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
