Outside transfers paused
We are not accepting new inbound transfers from third-party sellers,
auction sites, or private parties.
PSF orders continue
Orders purchased directly through Puget Sound Firearms will continue
to be processed through our normal checkout and compliance workflow.
Compliance focused
Washington firearm transfer requirements now involve additional
background-check, waiting-period, and documentation responsibilities.
Washington law requires firearm sales and transfers to follow applicable
background-check and dealer-delivery requirements, including Washington
State Patrol background-check processing and required waiting periods.
