Consignment Terms & Policy

By placing a consignment with Puget Sound Firearms, you agree that:

• Our consignment fee is a percentage of the final sale price, agreed upon at intake.
• You retain ownership of the firearm until it is sold and paid in full by the buyer.
• Firearms must be lawfully owned and compliant with all applicable laws.
• Unsold firearms may be picked up by appointment, subject to a background check where required.
• Additional terms and details will be reviewed with you at your appointment.
